DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
1. What is the estimated shipping time for Domestic orders within India?
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for transit and delivery. Should there be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once shipped, domestic orders typically take 2-7 days to reach you (Minimum and Maximum duration). If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that the estimated delivery times are indicative, and occasional delays beyond our control may occur. We will keep you updated in the event of any delays.
3. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping for most of our products. However, a minimal shipping charge may apply for certain items, which will be calculated at checkout and indicated on the product page.
4. Where can I find my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. Please check your junk or spam folder, as the email may sometimes be misclassified.
You can also track your order through link shared in email.

We provide a range of shipping options. In certain cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your products.

Do not accept the parcel if the shipment is damaged, tampered, or in any bad condition.
In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours at Email ID: info@4uwell.com or WhatsApp us at: +918925868082 along with images of the damaged product, Inner & Outer Packaging along with the shipping label and the invoice copy.
If based on examination the product is badly damaged we will arrange a reverse pick up request for you to return the product to us.
