RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This is the returns, refund, and cancellation policy of AVE Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (“4UWELL”). We kindly ask you to read this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service, which can be found here.
1. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- The returned product is visibly damaged or has been tampered with.
- The shipping address provided at the time of order placement is incorrect.
- You have consumed part of the product before deciding to return it.
- You do not adhere to the return policy outlined above.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
- The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
- You comply with the return policy stated above.
- The product returned by you is in good condition and hasn't been tampered with.
- You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.
2. How to request a refund
We recognize that various circumstances may lead you to wish to return a product that is not defective. In such cases, we may allow the return of sealed and unused products, provided you notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the order/product. We will initiate the pickup of these products once we receive your return request within the specified timeframe.
You can submit a refund request by contacting our customer care team through the channels listed below (available only from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday). Please include your order ID, the reason for the refund request, and specify the product(s) related to the request, along with an image of the product.

If you have purchased a product that includes a free gift or promotional offer and you wish to return the main product, please note the following:
- You must return the free product along with the main product.
- The refund will be issued after deducting the value of the promotional offer applied.
3. How is return processed?
After receiving a refund or return request, we will arrange for our logistics partner to pick up the product, typically within 2-3 working days. Please be aware that this timeline may vary due to factors such as the availability of the logistics partner, pin codes, and public holidays.
Refunds for returned products are initiated after a Quality Check (as outlined below). If the product passes this Quality Check, the refund will be processed. Please ensure that the product is returned with all accompanying materials and in its original packaging.
Quality Check: This process is conducted by our delivery partner during the pickup to ensure that the returned product is in its original condition. This includes verifying that the product is sealed and unused. The seal must be intact, and the product should show no signs of tampering or usage.
Once the product has successfully passed the Quality Check and has been collected from your doorstep, we will initiate the refund to your original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will send you a refund link, allowing you to select your preferred refund method and enter the necessary details.
4. Cancellation of orders

In exceptional cases where our courier partner attempts delivery (for orders canceled before delivery), please decline acceptance. If the delivery is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Kindly ensure that the products remain sealed and unused.
5. Processng of refund
Refund processing times vary depending on the original payment method:
- For credit/debit card or net banking refunds: Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds: Approval may require an image of a voided cheque, bank statement, or your bank details. COD refunds may take up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
